The Annapurna region is considered the best trekking experience in the world.

Our 16 Day Annapurna Circuit circles the Annapurna range, offering a variety of landscapes and altitudes. Enjoy the hilly landscape and vegetation at lower parts and reach up to an altitude of 5416 meters at Thorung La pass to see the Alpine vegetation with dramatic views of Trans Himalayan region and a close view of the Annapurna ranges.

The tour includes a flight from Jomsom to Pokhara, from where we drive back to Kathmandu. For those with the extra time, this flight can be replaced by an additional week of trekking and so encompass the full tour of the Annapurna region. Also additional days in Kathmandu can be arranged, giving more time to acclimatise and explore the many historic sights around the Kathmandu region.

Day 1: Arrival Transfer and Sightseeing tour
For those arriving at Kathmandu airport, upon your arrival you will be met by your airport officer who will be holding a card with your name on it. He will be waiting outside the Arrival Hall at the International airport. You will be transferred to your hotel located in city center.
Later your will enjoy a guided sightseeing tour of Patan Durbar Square which is situated at the centre of the city of Lalitpur. It is one of the three Durbar Squares in the Kathmandu Valley, all of which are UNESCO World Heritage Sites. It is full of Hindu temples and Buddhist monuments with bronze gateways, and ancient Royal complexes of the Newari people.
In the evening we propose, that we eat at a local vegan restaurant.

Day 2: Drive Kathmandu to Besisahar and Local Jeep to Syange (10 Hours Drive)
Your guide will come and meet you at your hotel in the morning. Transfer to Kathmandu Bus Station to board bus to Besisahar Upon arrival, we connect with a local jeep to drive to Syange following dirt road. Check-in al Local Lodge.

Day 3: Trek from Syange to Jagat (1,300m/4 hours walk)
Trek from Syange to Jagat through the hilly terrain crossing beautiful village settlements.

Day 4: Trek from Jagat to Dharapani (1,960m/7 hours walk)
After breakfast at local lodge, start your trek to Dharapani. Cross Chamje village with beautiful Annapurna Mountain in the background and cross a suspension bridge before climbing uphill. We reach Tal and follow the rugged trail all the wa to Dharapani.

Day 5: Trek Dharapani to Chame (2,710m/6 hours walk)
Trek from Dharapani to Chame. Chame is administrative headquater of Manang and settlements located on the lap of Lamjung Himal, Annapurna II, and Annapurna IV. Rest of the time is free to stroll around the local town.

Day 6: Trek from Chame to Pisang (3,300m/6 hours walk)
Start the trek following the high cliff and stone carved trekking trail. Reach Pisang and check-in at lodge.

Day 7: Trek from Pisang to Manang – 7 hours walk
Start your trek to Manang village taking Geru route. This trekking route is more scenic compared to the lower trail to Manang. Enjoy fascinating vistas of Annapurna and Pisang Himal. Visit Barga monastery at Barga and continue to Manang.

Thorung La – 5416m (Highest Point during Trek)

Day 8: Acclimatization day at Manang
Day is free for acclimatization. You can possibly do some excursion to nearby villages or for those interested you can take a long excursion to see Gangapurna lake.

Day 9: Trek from Manang to Yak Kharka (4,110m/4 hours walk)
Start your trek following uphill climb following Marysangdi valley. Follow the trail carved inside forest crossing yak gazing grassland. By pass stone mani and Buddhist prayer flags along the route. The trekking trail leads us to Yak Kharka. Yak Kharka means the barren land used to gaze the yak and horses by the locals in this area.

Day 10: Trek from Yak Kharka to Thorong Phedi (4,600m/4 hours walk)
Follow uphill climb to reach to Thorung phedi situated on the foot of Thorung peak and pass. Today you will see beautiful view of Mt. Gundang, Mt. Syagang, Thorung Peak and Mt. Khatungkan. Reserve some energy for tomorrow long walk to cross the pass.

Day 11: Trek to Muktinath (3,800m) crossing Thorong La pass (5416m) – 8 hours walk
Today is the highlight of the trek which will be long and adventurous. Start your trek in the early morning before 4 am so that you can cross the Thorung La pass in the morning to avoid the wind and melting ices on the route due to the heat of the sun. Here is the highest point, and the best photo opportunity to remember your acheivement of reaching Thorung La pass.

Trans Himalayan Section in Nepal is best way to see Tibetan Culture
Start the downhill trek to reach to Muktinath temple which is one of the holiest Hindu and Buddhist shrine in Annapurna area. Every year hundreds of pilgrims from Nepal, India and near-by country come to the temple of salvage. Spend your rest day experiencing the spiritual moments at temple witness the rituals and prayers.

Day 12: Trek from Muktinath to Jomsom
Morning trek down to Jomsom. Enjoy lunch at Jomsom and rest of the day explore around local area.

Day 13: Fly From Jomsom to Pokhara
Morning catch a flight from Jomsom to Pokhara. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel.

Day 14: Drive Kathmandu
Morning transfer to Pokhara tourist Bus station to board

Day 15: Departure transfer

- A copy of your passport is required while booking to process the trekking permit
- Trek briefing and introduction with trekking guide will be done before your trek.
- Lodges during trek will be basic and as available on the mountain region. Due to geographical
location, these lodges will have basic amenities and services cannot be compared with hotels
available in city area. These lodges will have common bathrooms.
- Lodges during trekking charges extra for hot water, hot shower and battery charging.
- Your guide will hold a Government trekking license and will have several years experience walking on the same route.
