Itinerary

Day 1: Starting in Boston

Start the day getting acquainted with the group at a vegan/vegetarian retro-style diner in the heart of historic Cambridge outside of Boston, MA. Spend the late morning discovering the mystery of Salem, MA, home of the infamous Salem Witch Trials. Take a break and eat lunch at a lively organic cafe, before embarking into the scenic countryside of New Hampshire and Vermont. Along the way, we will stop at the most picturesque locations including Vermont’s deepest gorge and various historic covered bridges.

Find your center after a long day of sightseeing with an outdoor (weather permitting) sunset yoga class from our private instructor who will accompany us throughout our journey. For dinner, our tour guide Kayla will teach us how to make delicious vegan versions of classic American comfort foods. Following dinner, finish the night off with a cozy campfire and s’mores under the stars.

Day 2: Vermont

Wake up with a morning meditation followed by an indulgent buffet-style breakfast. Take in the scenic vistas of Vermont’s mountainous countryside on historic Route 7 to Burlington, VT. There, we will become familiar with this beautiful town via [some sort of tour or museum].

Take some time to get a feel for rustic Burlington at your own pace and ponder our list of recommended vegan-friendly attractions in town. From museums and art galleries, to eco-friendly shopping and scenic walks down by Lake Champlain, you’ll find yourself swept away by Burlington’s charm.

After an afternoon of exploration and fun, wind down with another rejuvenating yoga class at our home for the night. Enjoy some much needed downtime before heading out on the town for a vegan feast, drinks, and an optional pub crawl featuring bars favorited by locals. If that’s not your style, head back to the house for a relaxing, restorative evening with tea and meditation.

Day 3: Lake Champlain

Awaken to a bountiful pancake breakfast before heading out to a late-morning boat tour of the awe-inspiring Lake Champlain. Our return trip to Boston will feature a peaceful picnic lunch and yoga in New Hampshire. Our final yoga class will explore the connection from past to present, tapping into the ancestral energy from those that walked the land before us. We will arrive in Boston in the late evening, where you can decide to continue the night and enjoy dinner out with the tour guides, or make your way back home.

What to Bring

New England weather is extremely unpredictable in May, so you should expect temperatures ranging from 30 F to 65 F. Bring warm layers, a hat, gloves, and scarf. This tour requires a decent amount of walking, so make sure you bring your best walking shoes. Don’t forget a camera, of course!
